JOB DESCRIPTION

The SAP ABAP HR Developer will build close working relationships with the Business teams within Rialtes, with the goal of aligning the Business and IT functions to meet the business process transformational needs of our customers.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Hear, Design, Architect, Deliver
  • Connect with stakeholders or business division leaders to gain a full understanding of the problems they are looking to solve.
  • Analyse and Architect scalable, flexible solutions that are extensible to future business needs.
  • Work closely with process and business owners to help reach statistical data that could lead to justify process automations and technology investments.
  • Evaluate and articulate solution value to all levels of the organization.
  • Create innovative and practical designs that account for the end-to-end technical solution of a system, in line with the business strategy and objectives and within the context of available technology environment.
  • Communicate the designs, intended architecture, and work closely with additional external Developers and Analysts and lead with Planning, testing, deployment until final delivery of the solution to the stake holder.
  • Perform hands-on solution design, solution architectures, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities.
  • Guide others in resolving complex issues in solution architecture and lead solve complex, escalated aspects of a project.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducation/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related field; or equivalent relevant experience required

Required Knowledge

  • SAP HR ABAP (Personal Administration, Organisation Management, performance, infotypes).
  • CORE ABAP (User Exits, enhancements / modification programming BAPI, BADI, Enhancement framework)
  • Understanding about Payroll
  • Should be an independent contributor and have sufficient knowledge in understanding the feasibility of a proposed solution in HR space
  • Should have SAP implementation experience
  • Should Work on Critical Enhancements, Solution Analysis and Project involvements.
  • Should be an independent contributor and have sufficient knowledge in understanding the feasibility of a proposed solution in HR space.
  • Accountable for all work performed and delivered for the respective process Areas.
  • Responsible for Day-to-Day technical Support towards business Projects, enhancements, and resolution.
  • Work with the Natural teams to achieve better collaboration and as a part of driving continuous improvements.
  • Responsible for timely delivery of Change requests, Data requests, Incidents and Requests, as per business needs.
  • Rich Skillsets in HR Technical Skills for supporting Projects and Enhancements
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, Workflow, SAP Mobile services, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA is a plus
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio as this role requires developing supplemental product and solution documentation.

Experience Required
At least 4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR ABAP.
