- Lead Rialtes global product deployment & implementation
- Manage a team of Developers, Business Analysts and Administrators in various geographies
- Support Pre-sales, RFP & Sales Enablement
- Design Proof of concepts with Architect and Team Leads
• Manage client invoices, service requests, and client facing documentation.
• Work closely with R&D team with product development and design.
• Manage status updates, incident analysis and reporting for high severity incidents affecting clients.
• Must be able to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and client requests effectively within SLA contractual obligations.
• Experience managing projects, issues, and milestones within the context of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10+ years of project delivery experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce delivery management
- At least 4 years with Big 5 consulting firms
- PMP & SCRUM Certification Required
- Minimum 2 years of US onsite experience is required
- Deep knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2 and other service delivery methodology
- Experience managing projects, issues, and milestones within the context of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
