Job Description

We are seeking Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce professionals to work with the business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com to a wide variety of clients at the enterprise level. Candidates for this role should possess knowledge of the Salesforce.com capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities. Candidates should be able to design marketing, sales, and service business processes that align and take advantage of the Salesforce.com capabilities. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to uncover business requirements and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements and align with the business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Is involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area of responsibility.
  • Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Rialtes, which involves negotiating or influencing significant matters.
  • Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Rialtes on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Participates in decisions that have a lasting impact on the area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside the area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of CRM implementation experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com project experience
  • Project Management experience.
  • Managing or leading a team of CRM, Salesforce consultants/developers/admins

Core Qualifications:

  • Experience constructing technology deals focusing on Salesforce and related modules and technologies
  • Consistent track record of managing work streams in a consulting (or project) environment and with direct responsibility for a team and client relationship
  • Ability to successfully track and influence project financials, with experience with significant budgets
  • Experience in working and engaging with stakeholders and sponsors, demonstrated by interpersonal excellence with all levels of seniority – from middle management to board level
  • Have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when handling diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
  • Excellent Presentation and Demo skills
  • Salesforce.com certifications (Admin, Sales, or Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Effective people development skills with a proven ability to coach and grow project team members
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills Requirements:

  • Configuration on salesforce.com sales, service, and/or marketing cloud
  • Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts
  • Understanding of overall SFDC architecture and knowledge of salesforce.com ecosystems (e.g. CPQ solutions, Order Management solutions, etc.)
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
  • Agile methodology expertise.
